We are proud to be owned and operated exclusively by Utahns and so we proudly support other Utah companies.

Woodworks Furniture was founded in 1977. We were located near Salt Lake City in Sandy, Utah. The store was just 1,100 Square feet, and dealt primarily in unfinished furniture. In the 1980's, we changed our name to Vintage Oak to better reflect the type of furniture that we offered at that time. As times have changed, we have expanded our furniture collection to include several classic styles and types of furniture.

Since our inception, we have expanded several times, and currently occupy a 35,000 square foot building in Sandy. Jim Blanda, President and CEO of Vintage Oak, is a native of Utah and has worked tirelessly to provide quality furniture at affordable prices, support the local Utah economy and offer superior customer support to his clients.

We are dedicated to offering a high quality product, and to making your experience in our store a comfortable one. If you are new to the furniture shopping experience, and some of the terms are unfamiliar to you, all of our sales staff have been employed here for over 10 years and will happily sit down with you and explain the features and benefits of what we offer here. Even if you don't purchase from us, the information you can learn from our qualified staff can help you to know what to look for and how to know when something is a good deal.
